a portuguese country house

The house of the Quinta de S. Lourenço, is part of a farm, enjoying a characteristic landscape, neatly distributed vineyards and a pleasant scent, sweet and dry, also characteristic of this demarcated region of "Bairrada". Built in the end of the XVIII century, in the small village of S. Lourenço do Bairro, the house belonged initially to the poet António Feliciano de Castilho but their family descendants sold it to the Seabra Viscount. It was the Seabra Viscount who sold the house of S. Lourenço to the grandfather of the current owner.
