Aveiro Museum
Installed in the former Convent of Jesus of the female Dominican Order, the foundation of this building dates to the second half of the 15th century.
House of Princess Santa Joana, daughter of Afonso V, from 1472 until the date of her death this place used to be a Convent, then a college and, since 1911, serves as the City Museum.
The highlight goes to the Church of Jesus, crafted with Golden Carving and Portuguese Tiles.
