The
São Lourenço Estate built during the end of the 18th century
belongs now to Lígia Mexia Leitão.

youth was spent travelling from one city to another accompanying
her father whenever he had to travel. The judge's profession

on, after her father's death, she tried to find a way not
to separate herself from the house.

her fathers death the house was semi-abandoned for 20 years.

it, maintaining its original look.

proprietor, who tried to conciliate the chosen style with
the type of architecture of the house, imprinting tones and
forms that resulted in a warm and pleasant environment, did
all the decoration
